Business link have a range of free (yes free!) services for start-up businesses.   These range from free 2 hour workshops to vouchers that you can use to pay for our specialist services.

For existing businesses
You can go on their start-up courses and workshops if you want to, but they also provide a range of courses and workshops for growing businesses.

For access to government grants
Business Link is the principal route for gaining access to government funding (although there are others routes) such as grants.   Colleges and universities can give you access to government funding training – but Business Link can give you access to a whole range of other funding.   Quite what is available depends upon a variety of criteria, including location and business size, and you really need to speak to them to find out more.

Supplier Brokerage System
One of the useful services provided by Business Link is the supplier brokerage system, previously called the supplier matching system.    If you are looking for a particular sort of supplier then tell business link and they will search their database and try to match you up to an appropriate supplier.
